What We Do
Women's Empowerment
Reaching New Heights course helps women build confidence and develop practical skills to achieve their goals while navigating life’s challenges with strength and purpose. Participants engage in interactive workshops that address self-doubt, negative thinking, goal setting, and assertive communication.
Domestic Violence
Support Group
Our 12-week ReStart support group offers a safe, confidential space for women experiencing or recovering from domestic abuse.
Our trained counsellors provide personalised guidance and support every step of the way, so you’re never alone.
Empowerment Mentoring Teens
This programme supports girls aged 13–25 by tackling issues such as self-esteem, body image, mental health, social media pressure, academic stress, peer relationships, identity, bullying, and more. Through workshops, personalised mentoring, and group discussions, it builds confidence, resilience, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to empower lifelong success.
Young Women & the Criminal Justice System
We support young women in the Criminal Justice System to rebuild their lives with confidence. Through 1-to-1 mentoring and trauma-informed guidance, we help them develop life skills, make positive choices, find safe housing, and access the support they need to create lasting change.
Semi Independent
Living Support
We empower young women to live independently by teaching essential skills such as cooking, budgeting, managing rent, understanding benefits, and planning for education or work. Our guidance helps them overcome obstacles and succeed.
Counselling & Therapeutic Support
Our counseling and therapy services equip women and girls to succeed. Through individual and group sessions, we offer practical guidance to foster growth, confidence, and resilience, supporting them as they pursue new opportunities and build empowered lives.
Professionals can refer young women and girls to You Glow
for tailored mentoring, workshops, and personalised support. Referral forms are available to make the process simple and efficient.
Compassionate & Trauma-Informed Support
We believe every woman and girl deserves to be met with care, understanding, and respect. Our trauma-informed approach recognises the impact of lived experiences and creates a safe, supportive environment where women and girls feel heard, valued, and empowered at their own pace.
We walk alongside women and girls with compassion — never judgement — offering strength, guidance, and hope for the journey ahead.
